Privacy policy

This explains what SeenBuilt, a brand of Lumiere Pixel LLC, collects on this website and through the services we provide to clients, and what we do with it. The short version: information you submit through our website form is used only to contact you about your free visibility audit, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

When you request a free visibility audit, the form asks for:

• Your name and company name
• Your website (optional) and city
• Your email address and phone number

We also record the date and time you submitted the form. We don't use advertising trackers or sell ads on this site. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To prepare your visibility audit, which means looking at your public Google Business Profile, website and listings
• To contact you by email, phone or text about your audit and, if you're interested, our services

That's it. We don't add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is stored with our hosting provider (Vercel), which processes it on our behalf only to run this website. We'll only disclose it otherwise if the law requires us to.

Client Business Profile data and Google APIs

If you're a SeenBuilt client, you add our team as a Manager on your Google Business Profile so we can run your service. To do that work we use the Google Business Profile APIs, with our own Google account and only for profiles you've authorized us to manage.

What we access: your Business Profile's business information (name, address or service area, hours, categories, description), posts, photos and videos, customer reviews and our replies, and performance metrics such as profile views, searches, calls, website clicks and direction requests.

How we use it: only to provide the services you signed up for: publishing posts and photos from your jobs, replying to reviews (with your approval), keeping your information accurate, and preparing your monthly performance report. We don't use this data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to run the service (for example our hosting provider) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it: data we fetch from Google is stored securely and kept for no more than 30 days, except for the monthly reports we deliver to you. Job photos you send us are kept for as long as you're a client, or until you ask us to delete them.

Google API Services User Data Policy: SeenBuilt's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Ending access: you can remove us as a manager at any time in your Business Profile settings, or email eric@seenbuilt.com and we'll remove our own access and delete your data within 7 business days. You'll always keep full ownership of your profile.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests as long as needed to follow up with you, and delete them when they're no longer useful or when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time. Email eric@seenbuilt.com and we'll take care of it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone.
