Terms of service

These terms cover the SeenBuilt website and services. SeenBuilt is a brand of Lumiere Pixel LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we”, “us”).

Services

We provide Google Business Profile management, content creation (posts, project pages, short videos), review request and reply support, listing-consistency work and reporting, as described in your plan. Monthly plans renew each month unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Founding-offer terms are as stated in your agreement.

Your authorization

By adding us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, you authorize us to publish posts and photos, update business information, and reply to reviews on your behalf according to your instructions. We'll ask for your approval before replying to reviews, and we'll tell you within 48 hours about any change we make to account access.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to share the photos and information you send us, including any needed homeowner permission. You keep ownership. You give us a license to edit and publish them for your business. We'll only state facts you've given us.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee rankings, leads, AI-search mentions or any particular result. Google and other platforms control their own products and can change or remove content.

Third-party platforms

You remain responsible for complying with Google's terms and policies for your Business Profile. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Ending service

Either party may end service as described in your plan. When service ends, we'll remove our access to your profiles within 7 business days and return or delete your materials on request.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
